GYROTONIC® Method
Combining elements from yoga, tai chi, and dance, the Gyrotonic method uses spiraling, circular movements with rhythmic breathing to enhance stability, strength, and flexibility. Whether you're an athlete, dancer, or someone recovering from injury, this unique system stretches and strengthens muscles while invigorating connective tissues around your joints, offering relief from tension and fatigue.
GYROKINESIS® Exercise
Gyrokinesis provides similar benefits without equipment, using natural spine motions on a mat and stool. This dynamic workout awakens your entire body, increasing range of motion and preventing stagnation. During COVID, I expanded my reach through online classes, witnessing incredible transformations across all ages.
